| A friend of mine just acuired a 1952 Army Jeep and it was bought at an auction from Ft. Leonard Wood many years ago. It has never been titled. How could my friend go about titling his jeep? To my understanding he can not just file for a lost title because the vehile was never titled in the first place by the army or by the owner who bought it from the auction. |
