If the ATF cashed my check does mean that i am approved? How much longer will it take to get the license? thanks |
My GUESS is that they deposit ALL the checks. If some reason comes up that prevents you from getting a license they will just issue you a check for $30.00 to refund the amount you paid. If you're 21+ years of age and "legal" to buy firearms I don't think there would be any reason to believe you wouldn't get your C&R license.
