Well I don't see how a stripper clip would work, at least not without removing the top of the weapon.  DAMNIT!  Now I can't sleep all night I'll be wondering how they load an AK in CA.   AHHH!!! My head is going to explode.

I wonder if you use the notch in the selector to hold the bolt carrier/bolt back then load it manualy

All Fine Questions on the California models... Don't know how you would use a stripper with the Op Rod in the way as near as I can tell you would have to stuff the rounds in through the ejection port... We built them by request of the customer....

The easiest way (but not the simplest) to load this may require the removal of top cover, recoil spring, and bolt-bolt carrier assembly.  Hmmm ...  I bet somebody in CA will get really good with AK field stripping once they shoot these rifles for a while.

Exiles' looks sweet.  So MCA is doing black park? Looks good, and should be very durable.  Wish that was an option on mine.  It gives me another reason to pick up another parts kit.  Oh yeah, I forgot I'm broke.......

Um it was an option on yours... and has always been an option... www.mcarms.com posted on the website since day one...
Seems most people opt for the Molyresin. We have blued our own builds and even parked some of our own builds, as well as handguns and such...

I guess I misunderstood Mike.  I thought there where only 2 options.  I stand corrected. I seem to remember there was a problem with the blueing tank at the time of my build so I went with the Moly.  Mike said it should stand up just fine, and I trust what he has to say.  As it is looking at my AK that you all put together for me I wouldn't change one thing about it.  I like it just the way it is.  That's right, I remember know; at the time I had an old SAR that was my beater, so I wanted this one to look more of a custom build, and that's what I got.  Sorry for the confusion.  I work way too many hours.

Still waiting its turn bud.  Its going to be beautiful when its built, you have a gorgeous kit.  Can't wait to get to it but we have a pile of more ordinary stuff that has to be completed and shipped out first.
