I read in the st louis post that right to carry in the auto, etc. does not go into effect until 14 days after the supreme court ruling. Also read that some folks were getting permits from Pennsylvania in order to bypass the legal limbo imposed by the threat of suit filing, etc. regarding the Hancock Ammendment by the sore loser a-hole libs. Anyone have the scoop and how to on this? dogear

That's all up in the air.  The St. Louis county and city police are adamant that they don't care what the law says, you're going to be arrested if you have a weapon until THEY say you can.

I had a link here to download a PDF of the Centre County, PA, application for a license to carry a firearm, but that has been pulled.

We'll see what happens, as I sent in my 20 bucks.  I also sent for, and received, my application for a Florida non-resident permit.

I still intend on taking my qualification course, and do this RIGHT.  It's just I'm going to use any legal means to ensure that I am complying with the law.  Unlike Col. Batelle and Chief Mokwa.
