ciener here too. Works perfect after a few hundred rounds. BD mags required a little grinding down, but they all work now. FA is still a no go, prob replacing the spings would make it run

Well I have a spikes tactical same as yours, but drop in kit.  I"m not very happy with it, I'm about to put it up in the EE along with a 20" barrel upper receiver with gas block installed with 6 BDM mags.  Probably by next week.

I have a Spikes dedicated 22lr upper and love it.  I have put 4500 rounds through it since November.

+1 I have  the spikes kit in a 16" upper for my son.

The Spikes seems to work good now that I got some federal bulk from Larry's.  It gave me some issues with some other ammo, even with the cci minimags, but I got mine used, and after the first two sesions I discoved that the rail was canted a little on the bolt end, so I straightend it out.  The issues I had were with chambering completely, seemed like the  bolt didn't wanna go quite home; the kit will allow the round to fire just slightly out of battery by the way...  After straigtening  it out and using the bulk federal I've sen recommended, which  they have a ton of at Larry's right now for 14.95, we put several mags through it with only one instance of the bolt not goin all the way home, and that could've been becasue my kid rode the bolt home on that mag.

Just KEEP IT CLEAN.
