I've got 287 acres and an old farmhouse in rural SW, AL that I'll be retreating to when SHTF. I'd be glad to have some more of my kind hang out with me. I have a large pond with plenty of fish, plenty of small and large game, and plenty of room for cultivating, livestock, poultry, and farming.
When/IF we do decide to rally/rendezvous; we need to decide on it in a secure manner. Putting your plans on here will ensure that your quickly dealt with. |

What do you expect I'd been up since 4am the day before. That and I just made it back from Bossier City. Thank god that little shower we got Thursday made it to wet to haul into the job site (cyber center) so I got to come home. Forgot to set my alarm and didn't wake up in time to go hog hunting  .
Any how what kinda of rally point we having. or do we need to get a unofficial shoot and talk about it. |

| How about somebody throwing out a date and possible places for a shoot/get together. So we can talk a little bit more on this subject with out trolls starting B.S. Would say my area but I think most of you guys are from down south and over in Alabama. Are there any ranges by the state line. Just thinking it may be easier for every body to meet half way travel is not a problem for me as I have been holding a steering wheel for 14-16 hrs a day for the past year, and navigate my way through the North East the year before when I was driving long haul. |

As long as you don't shoot yourself or someone else they really don't care. I know that I'll be off from December 18-January6. So far as I can tell we've got people in central La. and the red stick area. What is the areas for the Bama members. We've got to agree on a place that we all can go to. Giving that we can all agree on a place to gather.

I'm trying to get all my Ducks in line to make the 8hour drive to BHam Alabama. in January for there Steel City tactical rifle match.. So I guess I can relay any info that needs to be.
For the guys that live around me I'm in Natchitoches Parish how about we find a range to meet up at. I know most of you who have chimed in are south of me around Alexandria. Are there any decent ranges around yall? I know that the range in Natchitoches is very relaxed (no rapid fire Nazis). Someone throw out some ranges for us northerners. Maybe we can get together in smaller groups and then branch out to larger groups rotating ranges. Did something like this in another forum in DFW we would go to one range and eat lunch on a different side of the DFW every other week. |

The LDWF in Woodworth is nice but I did have a run in with a rapid fire range nazi last time I was there (May). The other ROs were always cool but this one seemed to have a hardon for me the minute I walked up with my EBR. Yes all rules were followed to the T and I wasnt sweeping anyone. After that I would just go to a secret location in Kisatchie but havent been there since hunting season started. I like the small group branch out idea. Lets keep this going. |
