I'm traveling to N.O. in March with my wife. She will be busy with work related stuff most of the time. Where are the local FOP/PBA or cop bars/restraunts/hangouts?
I'm not trying to hang out with a bunch of drunk-ass college kids on Bourbon Street.

Actually the drunk ass college kids tend to hang out uptown and not it the French Quarter. The French Quarter is mostly for tourists.

There used to be one of those ships parked here in Mobile. Thank GOD it's gone now. The cops hung out there a lot because the occupants caused so much trouble.

as for La. we are getting a BUNCH of members from around that area. it shouldn't be hard to round up a few.

I work out at the Elm wood fitness center on M W F 330 to 530 PM, so if you end up joining look for the guy working out in his boots. I forgot to bring my tennies.

Rock on. Thanks, gents. I'll bring the old, shitty laptop and hopefully there will be a phone line to hook up to in the hotel.

Oh yeah, we'll be there on March 16-19th. Flyin in on the morning of the 16th, so we will be there in time for a Po-Boy lunch!
