The wife is interested in some formal training for CCW.  She's open-minded, but really not a shooter so needs somebody (other than me) to teach her.  We're in SE IN.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ken Campbell (Boone County Sheriff) sometimes offers courses.  I took a two day pistol course there a few years ago and loved it.  I know that EAG also does courses there, so you might look at their schedule.  I know it isn't in your area, but good training is worth the drive.

Check out www.deepwaterdefense.com, they are offering an all womens class that is intsructed by a female instructor. The class is a little bit of everything including concealed carry.

This is who I was going to suggest.  Go to the Boone County Sheriffs Department website and find his schedule under training.  Ken teaches a 2 day intro class himself, and they also host various gunsite and YFA classes at the departments range.
