I'm going to be moving across town. I know I have to inform the state police that I moved within 90 days.

What do I have to do? Do I have to send them something? If so whats the address?

Thanks alot,
Cody

Thats a link to the pdf form, you can fill in the information then print it out or print it out first and fill it in with a pen whichever you prefer. It has instructions on it where to send it but i just faxed mine over, the best part is its free.

I had to do that a couple of weeks ago, the surveyor changed one digit in my 911 address. If you want a new copy with your updated address you have to pay $20.

Should I get the new copy? Will it cause any problem if I dont.

We paid for the copy with the new address when we moved to make sure there wouldn't be any problems.  It's not required to get the updated one so there shouldn't be any problems.  But it just takes someone having a bady day to make an issue out of it.
