When I was a kid I kept a list of all the states I'd visited.  I never finished them all.  Now that I'm grown up old, I'm checking off states as I get to carry in as many as possible, and about to add Indiana.  (So I'm slow)

I've gone to the ISP website and read the laws and the FAQ. Does Indiana law allow carry in a bar?  I know many states don't, and those that do have previously set a BAC limit in their statute.  I find neither in Indiana law.

Thanks neighbors.

If you can legally carry in Indiana , you can carry in any place they serve or sell alcohol, if the law is silent then it's legal

thanks steel.  That's the conclusion to which I had come, but I wanted to be sure I hadn't missed a paragraph.  Don't want to make a wrong turn and end up with a technical.

You have to have a valid permit from somewhere to carry here.  To the best of my knowledge, which is limited of IL (thank God), you do not have a permit from there making carry here illegal.  Hate to see a gun owner get in trouble.

Indiana code reads such that if you have a valid CCW issued by any legal
government in the world then you can carry in Indiana.

As it should be.  At least that's one thing ole Mitch can't sell.

Casinos?

Note I stated if the law is silent , I guess I should have mentioned there is a code section that you cannot carry on the boat {casino} they must provide you with a place to check your weapon.

I consider Mitch to be pretty pro-gun.  He did give us the lifetime carry permits.

Lets not forget that Mitch made the permits LIFETIME.

He did more good for the state than anybody ever did, that's why he is now GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR!

Mitch lost me when he started changing around the
time.

Mind you, I'm not saying Jill is better.

True gun rights folks vote libertarian ;)
