I was at Dicks in Waldorf the other day and they had Tannerite sitting
on the counter. I asked about the legality and the guy behind the counter said it was legal. I asked a Fire Marshal friend of mine and his response was Felony Explosive. I tried to find the law about it, but all I kept getting was the State Fire Marshal had tried to get it banned. Nothing about Statute Number or language. Any comments? Should I go buy a couple of pounds.
