| I may have come to the party too late but what is my best bet for picking up an AR-15 before the inevitable Oct 1st deadline. Is there any chance a local shop would have one in? If not, what if I were to purchase one online now, but it actually ships after Oct 1st, would that still be legal? |

Is that whole Hbar stuff for real? i have never actually met an FFL dealer who has sold an Hbar ar15 as a non regulated firearm.
Could you point me to the law where this loop hole becomes apparent because it sounds a lot like a Bigfoot sighting. As far as picking out an ar before Oct first. Just buy a lower and deal with the rest later. |
