but in any case, Military ID and orders won't help you get a regulated weapon around MD laws while stationed in MD. You have to be a military member on military orders in another state, to bypass MD laws. Case in point, I was in the AF and stationed w/orders in NV. While there, I was able to purchase handguns without wait(after my first)/have a resident CCW permit.
I hope this makes sense. |

Being a MD resident are there any firearms that will be cash and carry? or will I only be able to pick up mags and other accesories? You can buy long guns in border states (PA,VA,WV,DE) that aren't considered regulated in MD. You do have to fill out the paperwork though. |

Yes you can buy a firearm from a neighboring state if the firearm is not regulated in MD. The problem is some of the un-informed retard dealers still will not sell to us MDer's. You can buy an unregulated firearm from a FFL dealer in ANY state as long as the purchase complies with the laws of BOTH your state of residence AND the state that the sale is to take place. FTF is OK provided you are both present in the same state and both must either live in or have the intention of making a home in that state. |

Made it up there this morning. CROWDED. Packed to the gills, no room to walk or look at anything. Lots of stuff though. Plenty of pmags, windowed and non-windowed, 20 and 30 rounders in almost every color. Going rate seemed to be 20-25 bucks.
I picked up some un-issued Russian AK mags for $16, M1 carbine 30 rounder for the same and a 30 round 10/22 mag. Saw plenty of wolf .223 for I think $170 per 500 and some lake city as well. Didn't catch the price on that though. Pretty good show I guess. Lots of AR stuff scattered around. Saw a stripped lower for $200 but couldn't get close enough to see the manufacturer. |

Just got back myself.
Crowded is a understatement. No bad economy up there. Pmags. I saw $18 for non window. Got a few of those in OD for $19. I wanted some 20rds in OD but they were just to much at $25. Glock mags. One table had them for $23.95. Almost fair. I bought some Klock(korean) mags to try them out. GI Alum for $15 Cproducts alum. for only $11.95. I should have jumped on some of those. Saw a BAR for $30,000. Had to text the wife....she said uh NO. lol Lots of AR's. I overheard one dealer talking to someone saying its all about black rifles now. I feel sorry for the women that went. It stank in there so bad and you had to rub shoulders just to get by. Glad nobody yelled fire. |
| I only saw DPMS lower parts kit, they all seem to be out of them by noon too. There is a dealer selling Colt LPKs for $170. I bought some PMags and Tapco AK mags. Alot of lowers in the 195-250 range, complete ARs for 1200+. Plenty of ammo. lots of magpul stuff in general. Greatest gun show I've been too in a long time, too bad it wasnt in MD. Just proves what I keep saying. I need to move out of this state. |

Yes, I definitely remember THAT fart. Me and lots of other people!
Seriously, though, York is a far better show than any Maryland show including Timonium. They actually have guns and gun accessories to sell. And at prices that aren't always outrageous. The only problem is if you want a gun that must be transferred. |

Yeah, as close as Timonium is, driving the 1/2 hour to York is no big deal. I just wish York and Harrisburg had quarterly gun shows. The next show in York isn't until May I think. Of course it does give me more time to save money. If the next one is in May, then it is quarterly. |
