Annapolis, near Bay Bridge turnoff 8/16, Saturday approx 1600 Blue subcompact car, young man, close hair cut, lone driver, blue sticker in back window. BFL in driver side back window. Hello from giacutter! You turned off before I could wave. By the way, what is the proper greeting for a Bolt Face Logo sighting that will not induce a "draw down" response?
