| I have read that some dealers will sell a Bushmaster HBAR as an non-regulated AR15 using the Colt HBAR exception as their reasoning. If this is a legitimate transaction, could I sell my HBAR AR15 that has a Del-Ton HBAR upper as a non-regulated AR15. I doubt i ever sell it, but i was just curious. I would just like the option of a face to face rifle sale if possible. The lower receiver was originally transfered as a regulated weapon. |
