If you mean the one on Waring Station, I'm about 2 minutes away the other way. There are some minuses to this range- especially the rifle range, it is 100 yard max & benchrest only, from inside a range house. This is mandatory because of the dense population around the area. It is the only outdoor range in the lower half of Montgomery though. I shoot there a fair amount because it is close, then sometimes go to the NRA range for things like drawing from a holster or other firing positions. |
