Of course it would be up to the county attorney if any charges would happen if I am not mistaken. If you hear or see something... hmmmm go figure. Either way if that happened to a permit holder they likely would have been hauled to jail for a period of time... have their weapon confiscated... face potential charges... and have their permit revoked never to be renewed is my guess.

There are 2 sides to this...
1) does the attourney feel like taking on a FED in a state or local case? Not likely... Grand Juries default to the higher power, regardless 2) nobody bothered to press charges for making "terroristic threats". stinky linky wth the terroristic threat pinky If a bear shits in the woods... |
