anyone know of a place to get aquatabs in the cities? Ive tried gander and REI in bloomington

I can't believe REI doesn't have them. Were they just out of stock? I know I've seen them at the REI in Roseville.

You could give Sportsmans guide in St Paul a try they show a few varieties in stock on their website
