They are restricted franchises, so there aren't very many.  I had mine done at the Arden Hills location.  I think I have a couple referral coupons left that I can send you.  I think they are like $20 off.

There are a lot of options to choose from (color, teflon, bed size, and prep work etc), so it may be better to just call them, give them your make/model and what you are looking for and they can give you a quote for your particular job.  Their prices are usually posted on the wall, so they should be able to give them to you over the phone.

Edit:  I just realized it says 0 available on those certificates, but you could also call the radio station and ask if they have offered any lately, or if they expect to in the near future.
