Snyder's Drug is having a 75% off sale throughout the store. Location is Rice Street just north of County C. I am going in tonight to check on medical and sundry supplies. Hours are 10-6 until Friday. Then they will shut their doors for good.

Word to the wise: Make sure to check expiration dates on anything you purchase there. My wife "inherited" the RX inventory from the local Snyder's when they closed last month, and she was amazed at the amount of expired meds or meds that had been RECALLED that they still had. The stories I've gotten from her would make any responsible pharmacist gasp in amazement.
Having previous professional experiences with Snyders, I wasn't too surprised.  It has been a loooong spiral down for them.
ETA: I'm sure most of the Snyder's in their closing list would be having this clearance sale, too. Off the top of my head, Richfield was on the list, too. Here-I'll go look up the Press Release |
