sent off my paperwork to WV.  I've decided to become a stamp collector.  sent off my trust docs and form 1s today---we'll see how long it actually takes(if I didn't screw something up).  I'll be sending my stuff out for engraving soon, so once i get my stamps i can pay for my uppers and them go make some noise.  should take something like 30 days---we'll see

I'm relatively new to the EBR disease.

What are these legal stamps of which you speak?

I think that they are referring to an SBR (Short Barrel Rifle - less than 16 inches) tax stamp.

Probably the $200 stamp for a SBR (short barreled rifle)

How did you set up your living trust as I have been thinking about going SBR also?

What is the living trust part?

From what I have been reading you can set up a trust and use that on your form 1 instead of submitting as an "individual." This way you do not need passport photo's, a CLEO signature or finger prints to get your NFA items.

ARFCOM's Class III area

Good info compiled in the Oregon HTF regarding trusts of course YMMV given it's another state but it's a place to start.

Good luck to the OP on his stamp and the rest of you with your trusts.

And now, I'll share my Stamp-worthy item:

All three were approved 1/10 and should've been sent out on Fri---should be soon.

took a bit longer than usual because my examiner had to burn up her vacation days.
