| I need to apply for a transfer permit so i can purchase my lower. I go to school out of state and its hard to get back to the twin cities during the week. Is it possible to fill out an application and fax it in? St. Paul police dept. doesnt have much in the way of documentation on this issue and last time i called them about it, they got an attitude with me about me having questions. |

THis is what you need to fill out: www.dps.state.mn.us/bca/Forms/Documents/MNUniformFirearmApp.pdf Then you just need to figure out when to turn it in. They're "supposed" to issue within 7 business days. |
