This is a great example of getting some real training.  This is part of a post on THR! It is part of post on shotguns as a home defense weapon. "As trainer Barrett Tillman says, "You will not rise to the occasion, you will default to your level of training." That's what happens when the excrement hits the agitator. You have to learn to be safe with the gun under pressure, how to use the gun as a weapon and not as sporting goods, because not even a shotgun is a magic wand when evil appears." WTG Lee Lapin of the THR.

That's one thing that the average CC permit holder doesn't have to worry about. With all the 'experts' out there that have a few defensive courses under their belts, I doubt if there will be any BG's for the rest of us anyway.
I keep reading the paper and listening to the news for some reports of the BG's running into our first line of defense, but nothing so far.  J/K...

Some how, some where, I may have heard that before!!!    Thus the reason for a real world education base, followed by quality training time!!!  Anyone remember doing sprints and pushups on the range???  Something about training with an elevated heart rate does one good!!!

It seems to be a very popular myth that a shotgun barely needs to be aimed. Usually this idea is spread by the same buffoons that have a pistol grip only shotgun
On the other hand you also get some that think because they shoot sporting clays they could hold their own with a shotgun in a gunfight. It may help, but it's a different concept all together.

For those that have attended our Shotgun Course, Fritz does a great demo of what can actually be hit with the shotgun, as well as spends some great time at dispelling myths.

Use of the smileys is definately nothing new. However your use of them seems to be covering your tracks when making trollish posts.

You don't need a SHTF situation to benifit from a warriors mindset.

I use them all the time, but for expression. In your case they are more to conceal the shady nature of your posts.

We are starting to take another thread someplace other than it was intended. Sorry rn I will try to stay on subject.
