I was watching a show on SOF/SEALS today on Discovery Times channel and I heard one of the operators say: "smooth is fast". I had to stop and check myself, as this is a lesson I had learned the day prior at Sully's Alumni Handgun course.

Thanks again, Sully. Smooth IS fast.

I could tell you've been practicing!!! Much improved since Handgun 1 in January. I've also been practicing, just don't know where it all went to on Saturday. Maybe still flustered from work.

Had a lot of fun though. Much needed time away!!! thanks guys!!!

The timer is a good tool to judge where you are improving as well as where improvements can be made. It is always amazing to cut manipulation times in half. Plus the artifical stress on some people you see by pulling out the timer, it is good humur.
