Anyone pick up things at FAC? Any ideas what their hours are? Any info appreciated. |

IIRC mon-fri 8-4 There is no show room, walk in, fill out an order form and give it to one of the order takers. They have a sign saying that walk ins are welcome, but their phone order customers have priority, so you may have to wait a while if the phones are busy. |
| i bought my AR lower from them. i think they charged a transfer fee of $10 or $15. i thought it was kind of strange to charge a fee to transefer. i thought anything like that was normally included in the price. they were really really slow too. i was there for two and a half hours to buy that one item. i can't say it was a bad experience though, because they were all extremely friendly. |
