Maybe a silly question, but...

Does anyone know if we might be able to get Federal XM193 or XM855 more easily due to our proximity to Federal/Alliant?

Do they even still make ammo in Arden Hills?

Regards,

Dave

The XM193 is made at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, Missouri.

The usual places on the net are the cheapest.

Arden hills is shut down.

All 193 is produced at Lake City. Federal has little to do with it other than packaging it.

Sportsman's/Ammoman are cheaper than I can get it for. (I work at Federal)

I hope that answers your question.

To the best of my knowledge no commercial ammo was produced at Arden Hills.
Federal continues to produce commercial/military ammo in Anoka.

My last ammo purchase was from Oak Grove Arms. He still has cases of XM193 for about $104 out the door.

Why not go down to Sportsmans Guide & get the ammo for ~ $192/1000?  That's with tax.

I like to support the little guys when I can and they are close to my house. 10 min and I am there

Got to talk a little AR, picked up some ammo cans and signed up for the shoot they are trying to set up.

IT'S ALL GOOD!!
