Wasn't aware these were even available for AK74 until yesterday. Saw them in a new AK publication. Probably a Korean Beta C clone, from the look of the box that is pictured, but available from Atlantic Firearms for a very reasonable price. Anybody here in Kentucky used, or even seen one, and have any feed back before I order one?

I don't know anything about this particular mag., but I have the older Chinese 75 round and 100 round drums. I thought they would be a blast to shoot and they are, but they are also very heavy when fully loaded. I haven't used to 100 round mag in years because of this. The 75 round drum is OK but it makes the light and handy AK a clumsy, unwieldy log. These things were probably fine in stationary situations that they were designed for or places were there was a rest for the barrel, but for a day in the woods or range, the fun runs out pretty quick. 3 30-round mags is a lot better. The Beta C and clones may be better, but I doubt it or you could be less sensitive to the bulk than I am. Centerfire Systems in Versailles usually has the Korean Beta C in stock.
