So last year I was a WV resident and I purchased a stripped lower from my local FFL during the great panic.
Since then I have moved to KY and I'm a resident of KY.
A friend of mine wants me to sell him the lower for a build he is doing. He is also a KY resident.

Since I'm a KY resident now I can legally sell him the lower in a FTF sale regardless of where the lower was purchased correct?

I would think I can since we are both ky residents but just want to make sure.

Yes. As long as both people are residents of the same state and the firearm in question is legal face to face is fine.
