Tried to log in all evening yesterday and this morning. Couldn't get the site or mail server. Works fine at work, different ISP. Talked to a few other people with this problem.

Can you get to other mailservers from Windstream?

Calling it "censorship" is probably not correct. Its more likely that windstream blocks or restricts access to mailservers to slow down spambots.

Yes, everything else works fine, just not ar15.com.

this is why i use alternate DNS servers.


opendns and symantec servers are excellent

Its not a DNS problem,  I was getting the correct ip address for my pings and it still failed.
