Does anyone know where in Ky is good to find hogs other than a place you pay for?

Anyone at all?  I read that they are a problem so they've got to be somewhere lol.  Also I'd like to find Coyotes.

Hogs are still pretty new to Kentucky, they fought for years trying to keep them out but they are loosing that battle! Ive heard a lot of reports from around the State about small populations of hogs, their still not wide spread through out the State but they will be! Once they get established them things spread like wild fire! Coyotes on the other hand, them things are just about everywhere now a days in Kentucky. One thing that has always bothered me about Kentucky is the lack of public land for hunting, Kentucky has always been a big pro-gun and pro-hunting state but if you want to go hunting you need to either buy some land, know someone who owns some land or find some land to lease.

Ive hunted a lot of these WMA's around the state. Alot of them have restricted areas and restricted seasons, and alot of them are over hunted! The last time I tried to deer hunt on a WMA there was two trucks there when I went in the woods, when the sun came up there was orange everywhere I looked! I bet there was a dozen hunters with in 100yrds of me. I left the area and walked out to find about 30 or 40 vehicles sitting in the parking area!

Talked to a KDFW guy not to long ago. Said there is give or take 1000 hogs in the Pond River Basin in west Muhlenburg Co. Gonna have to talk to the landowner to get permission. I don't have any place lined up but figure this is about the time of the year to get started. Hogs food sources are probably getting scarce. Won't interfere with any farming. Will have to get lucky to get one just hunting on an irregular basis. If Kentucky is like other states hogs will be everywhere in 10 years.
