I know I shouldn't be asking this question from a financial standpoint(I'm kinda broke but want a DelTon Kit), but who would be a reputable dealer with a FFL in Louisville KY who doesn't mind taking internet orders.

Look at the list of Dealers and pick one. All of those that are in Louisville on the list are OK as far as I know.
