Question. Spouse and I own handguns purchased under our individual names.
Can she carry mine and can I carry hers? We are married. I figure what's mine is hers and what's hers is mine What's the scoop is it legal ? We both have permits. |

I don't know either, but always assumed "borrowing". My father and I have a bunch of guns that we gave or "lent" to each other over the years. Never thought twice about it. The only time there could be a problem is if the police ever take the pistol-- only the registered owner will be able to get it back. |
