Hello, to get this out of the way, I have been inactive here for a while, but new events in life have brought me back. Long story short, i live in CT, and I submitted for my permit about 6 months ago now. The town keeps telling me that there is a long wait to get my permit. The bad thing is, I am soon moving to a different town and I still havent been approved. What can I do?

A co-worker of mine just went to Middletown today to apply for his non-resident permit. He did all the paperwork and paid there. He was told 4-6 months.
