How big an identity theft issue is this really. Without a SS# there's not much someone can do right?

If they got the state ID then its possible it could be an issue if that ID has your SS# on it not to mention home address, date of birth, and picture of the person.

Edit to add: Fortunately CT's driver's license and pistol permit do not have the SS#, but does have one's address, date of birth, and picture.
