Anyone voting in Monroe tomorrow that knows anything about these two running? I moved back into monroe last year and I don't know much about either one of the two running.

Are you asking about who is running for 1st Selectman? I live in Shelton, but work in Monroe, so I really can't answer your question. But in general, it is seldom beneficial as a gun owner or taxpayer to vote for a Democrat.

Just looking for info on either of them. I know that Vavrek (republican) has made comments in the past about supporting the right to bear arms but not supporting the ownership of semi auto firearms.
