[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Threaded barrel ?

I like the look of a threaded barrel with a Surefire light attached to a Glock 19 or 20

Can you carry a pistol with a threaded barrel with the end cap permanatly attached even if the pistol was not registered AW ? Would like to do this for the G20 for added power and just like the looks of the threaded barrel over the normal extended barrels.

If it's permanently attached it would be legal. Can't take the barrel out of the slide though.
