Ugh. Kids have no imagination these days. When I was their age I would get $500 worth of toys and rig them together with home made black match (cellophane tape with the sticky side dipped in black powder). It burns maybe three feet per second so I could synchronize everything to go off like an orchestra. The finale would be a model rocket engine I would rig with a wooden dowel and an M-80. The hot gasses were hot enough to light the fuse.
Of course, I can freely admit ll this now because this was eons ago and the statute of limitations has expired. Nyah nyah nyah NYAH nyah. |

Absolutely hysterical!
I did most of that dumb stuff when I was young. Used to rig all kinds of stuff together. Now, many years latter, and with a lot more experience, I just buy the good stuff. After all these years, I still have most of my fingers intact.
