Thank you, I did appreciate your sacrifice as I bought 1500rd of blazer wed. No need to worry about me being all neckbeard. I replenished what I shot this week and helped out a friend that is short on 22.

The neckbeards can have my share. I will shoot cavgunners 22lr. |

Hiller Sports has a ton of 22LR at reasonable prices. Tempting, but the hour drive is kind of a deal breaking. Yeah thats a long way for 22LR. There are also cases of AE223J there for 190/500. |

My son and I had a good day today. He's ten by the way. Some of you met him at the rally.
We drove out to Cabela's early this morning. I've never been there at 8:00 before. The place was empty. We walked in and grabbed two measly 50 round boxes of CCI 22lr, a case of 30-30s and walked past the gun display on the way out, feeling deflated at their not having any of the large bricks of 22lrs on the shelves. And then I spotted a little Henry 22 lever action rifle they had on the rack. That's when my son said he had to use the bathroom. So, while he was taking what turned out to be the colossal dump of his life, I paid for the ammo, checked on him quick and told him I'd be right back after tossing the ammo into my truck. Eventually he finished up and we walked back up to fill out the forms for his first .22 rifle. Did you know that they keep a stash of the big bricks in back, for when you purchase a .22 rifle? So, we got our box of 500 rounds of Blazers after all. And my son's happier than a pig in shit, for having his first shooter. |

I was in there this AM Around 930 there where 3-4 dozen bricks in the shelf 500 for 28.99 Fuck I was just at pratt That's bullshit that they put out the bricks on the weekend for the out of stater's !!!! What? The out of staters can't buy it (generally). Was just there, got a brick of Blazer - they aren't even putting it on the shelf any more, just leaving it in a carriage at the end of the isle (still in its shipping cases). I asked the guy, "So, I can just take one from here? This isn't someones cart?", and his reply was, "Are you really gonna make me put it on the shelf? Don't make me put it on the shelf, you won't like what happens when it goes on the shelf." I also found a bulk box of American Eagle 9mm somewhere it wasn't supposed to be. Score. 5.56 is falling in price still. 20 count PMC Bronze for $7.99. I just went to get a couple fishing lures, ended up spending almost $200.

There are people who hide product in the store for later retrieval when there are purchase limits. The good news is that I know enough behaviors to have a decent clue of where to look I've found a LOT of squirreled away .22LR in that store this past winter. |
