Who saw it at the rally?
FOI request to inquire who ordered it, where it came from, and for what purpose. And any photo, video, and any other data collected during its flight. |

Just wish they had put the drone up earlier when there was more people. CBS already reported more then 3000 attended |

When I spoke to the Second Amendment supporter who was operating the Radio Shack quality quad-copter, he said he wanted to get an overhead shot of the amount of people there, to counter what the media would inevitably claim to be less than the true amount. Take your ambulance chasing, conspiracy shit and peddle it elsewhere. |

I was glad to be one of however many, but I'd have to honestly question the 5,000 number... At least at any one time. I'd say entirely possible over the course of the event. Go home, Hiram, you're drunk! Uh huh...
There were 87,000 people there! |

For all the "put the tin foil away" comments- I did not see the person operating it.
Maybe you are not aware that the University of Connecticut was granted FAA permission to operate UAVs in the skies above Connecticut, and there have been drones flying overhead for over a year. Try to have some foresight. In the next couple years, at ANY rally of any size, there will be multiple drones keeping "an eye" on things from above. I would not be surprised if within two years every P.D. local and state has a squadron of drones, dispatched to every incident. And ambulance chaser? That makes no sense. |

Its hard to estimate these kinds of things. The media always downplays the numbers, CBS got caught red handed doing this with the Glen Beck Restoring Honor rally in DC a few years back. The problem is people coming and going all during the rally. From where I was on the right side in the back parking area it fill out way more than it did last year (I stood in the same spot last year). At the high point, right around the keynote speech it seemed like a lot of people, upwards of 5 to 6 thousand. |

And ambulance chaser? That makes no sense. Sure it does. You just have to think clearly. You're frantically looking for something that may or may not be there, while you admit you're also unaware of the facts. That not only describes on overwhelming amount of sub-culture conspiracy theorists everywhere, but it also describes the typical ambulance chasing attorney, quite well. Your first thought is "conspiracy". Your original post comes across like a dog that comes in from the outdoors, to smell cooking bacon on the stove and he can't contain his excitement that it's meant for him. Since I assume you resemble a somewhat humanoid shape, comparing you to a drooling dog seems outlandisbly over the top. An ambulance chasing attorney, who drops his business card onto emergency room gurneys, seeing nothing but dollar signs via the pain and suffering from prospective clients, who may or may not have a reason to sue someone, really isn't much of a stretch from your drooling excitement that every battery powered flying device is a possible means for you to spout off your sub-culture conspiracy inaities. Yes, the American government is 100% untrustworthy, for endless reasons. Yes, the American government has caused false flag events, in order to start a war or take away our rights. You're preaching to the fucking choir here, buddy. You might as well start ranting to us that we're all clueless for not believing that Obermeyer barrels are far better than others... When you'll likely NOT get an argument from many of us. The thing is, YOU'RE the one who comes across looking like the twat. Maybe, instead of calling you a twat all the time, I should start calling you Piers, after the ex talking head from CNN, Piers Morgan. Piers Morgan baited and attacked everyone without reason, based solely on his own irrational opinion, which eventually pissed off SO many people, that ratings plummetted and they fired his ass, because no one could stand the sight or sound of him. Piers Morgan is an exceptional twat. But if I keep calling you the twat you are, the mods may just start seeing that as a personal attack, which is of course against the COC. Calling you Piers... Gets the point across equally as well. |
