| What's the deal? It's got some cache, 6-8 rnd small dao? |
|
I handled one in VA last year.
I think. It had nice scales on the grip, decent balance. I thought I was done biuing shit. And that I had settled on my platforms. Notice lately I've been off my meds... VZ58 Delisle commando carbine Mosin M44 Single bbl H&R 88 12ga for a shtf shottie This little SIG 290 Another G19... Thinking about another AR upper I mean I'm not pregnant or anything, but I'm all over the fuckong place lately. And that K98 45 ACP conversion User showed me too... It's not just BRD... |

What's the deal? It's got some cache, 6-8 rnd small dao? I have a p290rs and like it. I wanted something really small in 9mm. I wear a suit everywhere and wanted something I could carry off body in my bag which is always in my hand. However, I'm always getting papers out in meetings and didn't want anyone to see a firearm. Good balance. Dao as you stated. The trigger pull is a little long. However, the did all that to make it safer as there isn't a safety. The 8 round mag is what fits my hand best. YMMV. |

Make it super quiet in bolt action mode. The Yugo has it, the Russian does not. Norinco might, if it has a grenade launcher |

I'll say ditto to this. I have the RS and it is a good gun. The long trigger hasn't bothered me as it's very smooth, so the only thing I could really complain about is the mag is a little tough to load (This is just me whinning). The 8rd mag is a great accessory, though the plastic holster that came in the box is total junk (mine does not retain the gun). All this being said, I am probably going to sell mine soon, as I'm thinking of going to something bigger |

For less than $400, the S&W Shield is kind of tough to beat. Actually, at any price. On the Glock .380, there are only two drawbacks. One, it's a Glock. Secondly, it's in .380. Other than that it's....perfection. Trying to start a war? Someone has to make excuses for HK's triggers. Other than that, theres no compromise if you want an overcomplicated Glock. |

Hmmm, that also sounds like a familiar quote from a long lost friend of mine... No 380. Ever. I got enough caliber issues. 938 has awesome reviews. It is a mini 1911. But not an inexpensive option. Not HK expensive, Actually I've seen 550-900! I'd like to shoot one. I know, I know, G26. But I got a hankering for a steel frame, and I'm nostalgic for 1911. It will pass I'm sure. |

I see what Matthardcore is saying about the G26 but I just wanted something smaller, the p938 fit the bill. If the new G42 was a 9mm I would have gone that way. The 380 round leave's to good a chance that there is more the one witness if it ever needs to be used.
FYI My EDC is a G27 |

Someone knows more about me than I thought. Yeah, I'm an HK junkie. If I'm not carrying a 1911, I'm carrying an HK. Before the silliness, it was an 18rd USP LE fullsize. Now, an old school P9S .45. I just give the Glockites a hard time every now and then. They are reliable, at least in 9mm, accurate enough and affordable. Great starter gun until you throw off the floaties and go into the deep end of the pool. |
