[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Homemade registration required?

Wondering if we have to register any homemade ARs. I know that because of the revised statute that pre 94 do not need to register. Not sure where we stand on the home made stuff. I'd like to be able to use it at thr range so i want to make sure everything is legal and good to go.

The firearm being homemade DOES NOT exempt you from any registration requirements.
