I've gone over the 138 page toilet paper roll and I'm just confused on a few things hopefully a few of you could help clear up.
First, as of 4/4 am I only allowed legally to carry 10 rounds in my cc? Or if I have 13 which the mag carries am I a felon? Secondly, I have 2 stripped lowers I wanted to sell. Can I or am I stuck with them? Third, a good friend ordered 2 80% lowers the morning of 4/4. He's he basically screwed with just pieces of metal now? Or can he machine them out into actual lowers and use them? I hate what this state has become it's disgusting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
