Would anyone happen to know if a DPMS SASS 7.62 is Currently legal to own in the State of Connecticut

As long as you make the feature count, you are fine.
Collapsible stock has to be pinned Compensator, brake, or bare crown only. No flash hiders Complint muzzle device must be pined to soldered. No bayonet lug (don't think this applies with the SASD) Nothing explicitly banning it, or any DPMS for that matter as long as you make the "evil" features go away. |
