More to come.

Thanks for the pics and review.  I'm normally averse to cammo, but that thing looks pretty cool

I shot one this summer.  Very pleasant for a .308. Stock was the only "meh" part about it IMO.

Having shot a real 901 (read full auto) back in October of 2010 (at the same range btw) I was impressed with the full auto fire on a 901. Also shot his little brother in 5.56 and was equally impressed. All firing was done offhand with 2 reps from Colt. Oh and they supplied the ammo

Loved the fact that you could switch from 5.56 to .308/7.62 Nato in a heartbeat.

It was a "real" 901, select fire and whatnot.  However, since I am not "full auto certified" by the wonderful folks at my range, I observed the rules and shot it semi only.

It will come in black and the semi vesion has an ambi safety.  I very much want one.

The rifle in the pics is semi auto only. It does not have a auto sear hole in the receiver.

Yep I was going to say the same thing. That is a semi-only rifle in the pics. No sear hole.

Something wrong with the people at that range?

I do see that now but the selector did flip around to the auto setting.  Again, I couldn't use it but I see your point.

The wonderful folks at my range is indeed dripping in sarcasm. It's like any other place.  99% of the members are friendly and great to shoot with.  The range is safe, well maintained, clean, affordable and convenient. But some people can be a bit difficult at times.
