I will be visiting Burlington next month . Besides Datilliio's, are there any other good stores that i should viisit. Looking for a few items that seem to be "always out of stock" on my side of the lake.

Powderhorn in Williston.  Not too friendly but coolest stuff in the state in inventory.

I find that Datillio's pricing runs abit higher than normal but gotten ammo and whatnot there in a pinch. Powderhorn has always been friendly in my experience and probably the best one around here. BJ's hunting and shooting is just around the corner from Powderhorn and worth a look  every now and then. Parro's in Waterbury isn't too far out if your up for a little drive

BJ's charges $30 for a tranfer so I tend to avoid them.  Seems better when the son is working rather than the father.

Did not know that. Whats the norm for transfers, $25?  I only go there but once every couple months since they never seem to have what I'm after. Agree with you on the son being better. Father tends to hound you like your bothering him or something.

20 is fair to me.  I am used to sweet heart deals though.  I havent been there in years so I can't really comment much more.

Not friendly?  I know Bill hates B.S., but the guys at Powderhorn are some of the most pleasant gun shop emploies I've ever dealt with.

Anyway, a big +1 for Powderhorn.  Datillio's sort of sucks.  I've know people who swear by them, but they're regulars/friends with the owner; otherwise, it's a gas station with a rather shitty and sporadic selection.  However, they do have a good powder selection.  And there is BJ's...  Well, they are the only ones who have NFA toys on hand, but they are way over priced, and horrible to deal with.  If you get up to Georgia, Bob's is an alright shop.  Anyway, if you just want to fondle guns, Powderhorn is really the only place you need to go.

ETA: Forgot about Parro's, they're pretty good.  Second in my book to Powderhorn.  Also a Glock LE dealer, so if you're a GSSF member, that's the place to go; they also have some neat LWRC blem lowers in FDE and OD green.
