Just moved into CT and my supressor is still in GA. Who do I talk to, to get transfer paper work and is new london county freindly to signing the forms? Who do I talk to in New london county. Thanks |

Since it's already "yours" and they're legal to possess in CT, I'm not sure that you'll need a CLEO signature, you may just have to notify the ATF of your address change. CT only requires machine guns to be registered... not suppressors, so your safe there. I'll IM you the contact info for a ClassIII dealer who can give you the specifics. |
| you need to file ATF form 5320.20 www.atf.treas.gov/forms/pdfs/f532020.pdf in duplicate and once it comes back approved you can move the suppressor to CT. No CLEO involvement is required. |

If you're buying it for the first time you need the CLEO, if you already own I don't think you do... at least that's how it appears on: www.titleii.com |
That rifle is HOT!!!! Who makes that stock? |
Suppressors and AOWs do not require a 5320.20. The suppressor is good to go into CT anytime. |

The stock is a JAE-100 stock from J. Allen Enterprises www.jae100.com Customer service is outstanding. Ask for Lisa. The can is a Fisher Enterprises M14DC sound suppressor. I bought it from Fisher Enterprises (Tempe, AZ). The suppressor was transferred from Fisher Enterprises to my Class 3 dealer here in CT, Remarcable Arms, by ATF Form 3. Once the Form 3 was approved, I submitted the Forms 4 to the BATFE. The Form 4 came back approved and I picked up the suppressor from Remarcable Arms. Yes, it is fun to use. |
