Not trying to piss in anyone's HTF, but curious. How can someone that's a habitual addict get elected and re-elected and re-elected? Once again, not trying to screw with your forum. I just don't get it. PS - How many other Kennedys are representing other states in New England? |

Because most New England states are "blue" states. That's why. Why is he re-elected over and over again? Simple. He's a (D). Just like Washington DC Mayor Berry, the convicted felon nailed in an FBI drug sting caught on TAPE in the 1980s....they elected and re-elected him. In fact, his drug conviction HELPED his election campaign. That's how freakin' sad most (D)s truly are, It's not the party of "FDR" ; it's the party of Castro, Pol Pot Hugo Chavez and Stalin supporters. |
The people that reelect the Kennedys are mostly Irish, Italian, Portuguese and French-Canadian little old ladies from blue-collar families that have pictures of JFK and Pope John Paul II side by side in a little shrine in their homes. They form the bedrock of Dem. voters here, esp. in RI. They would sooner swallow ground glass and curse the Virgin Mary, than vote for somebody who is not a Kennedy.  People will also vote for Patches and his dad, Senator Bloato, because they feel sorry for them. Really.

It blew me away the other night when I saw another Kennedy in Washington explaining their way out of something. How many others are there? The blond, curly headed one that trashed every Republican he could think of a few years ago...is he still around or did I hear he was indicted/convicted in some type of scandal? |
