Help I need to know if any one has done business or knows the address of Chappelli Securties. Their PO box is 515 Marlboro, VT 05344 and Phone # is 802-368-2593. I sent money for a rifle and he raised the price on me saying it was a mistake in the add. I told him to send my money back and now he will not answer me. |
