I purchased a rifle from Southern Ohio Guns. Do I have to fill out the Seller information on the FA-10? And what about the seller signature requirement at the bottom? ETA: For the buyer info do I put my C&R license number or by MA carry permit number? And under the barrel length there are three boxes In,In,Fr I guess the first two are inches but what is Fr? Thanks. |

On out of state purchases, you do NOT fill out seller info, just do it as a "registration" with gun and buyer info. MA does NOT recognize a C&R FFL at all in MGLs (and that works out to our betterment or we wouldn't be able to buy any C&R handguns at all). LTC is all that they are looking for. |
