I have an older family member moving to Weatherford and because I use the internet I'm supposed to know everything about internet service everywhere. I don't, but at least I can ask.
What cable and internet service do y'all recommend in that area? If it makes a difference their focus would be on quality/value of internet service as they don't go crazy on cable TV. Thanks. |

maybe no one in Weatherford's heard of computers? |

I lived in Weatherford from fall 2006 until fall 2014. Suddenlink & DirecTV were the only two options until AT&T moved in with their services.
Suddenlink used to suck giant donkey genitals. But it was the cheapest option. Their reliability got better the last two years I was there. About 4-5 years ago when I was paying for cable & internet it was costing me (I think) about $85/month. I cut the cable and kept the internet for around $25-30. I had friends who had DirecTV and they weren't real happy with it but they were never upset enough to switch over to Suddenlink. I have no experience with AT&T's television and internet services. I have been out of there for about 1 1/2 years now so things may have changed, but Suddenlink was becoming a reliable option without being expensive. |

As your friendly rural phone man let me say that I've switched a lot of AT&T customers over to our fixed wireless. A guy at work has AT&T (his only option) and his internet was out a week or so last month. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile What is your fixed wireless? |
